I am trading with rithmic feed and have a couple of orders that appear to be stuck. the orders were cancelled and rithmic acknowledges the cancellation and the order never gets filled but Sierra DOM shows it open and I cannot cancel it. When i try and cancel i get a message There was an error with the order cancellation: Rithmic Trading order update (Order cancel reject). Info: The order management system rejected request. Service order ID: 318 | 2015-01-14 20:08:32 * Rithmic Trading | Failure with order with Service Order ID: 322. Select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed and wait five seconds. Do you see orders listed in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders which have a status of Open which are not open? If so, the Rithmic system is still indicating those orders are open. Any time you see a condition like this all you need to do is select Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service and if the order does not get set to a Cancel status and remains with an Open status, that indicates the trading service is still indicating the order is open. I am having the same problem. I moved my stop and was stopped out but now I have 2 open orders limit orders shown in Sierra chart. How do I clear them? R-traders states the following for the order limit buy orders. "Order modify no such order on book 'Order: 807786***** SenderCompID:P8E148" |

We are getting closer to solving the problem. Rithmic has been contacted and it looks like a problem on the Rithmic side involving the status of an order.

Rithmic knows about the issue and we are waiting for them to resolve it. As a temporary workaround exit from Sierra Chart and delete the ListedTradeOrders.XML file in the folder Sierra Chart is installed to, to remove orders that are no longer working and show as working within Sierra Chart. hello, I am testing the rithmic data feed (in demo), and I have exactly the same problem discussed above. So I ask myself : Is it due to the fact that I'm using a demo ritmic data feed , or Rithmic has not yet solved this problem? Thank you for your confirmation |
