Select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed and wait five seconds. Do you see orders listed in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders which have a status of Open which are not open? If so, the Rithmic system is still indicating those orders are open. Any time you see a condition like this all you need to do is select Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service and if the order does not get set to a Cancel status and remains with an Open status, that indicates the trading service is still indicating the order is open.
