As rondawes points out, the issue is that you did not activate an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. You can change your CME Group exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that the exchanges do not give refunds, so we can not refund what you have already paid for the exchange. Also the exchange fees are not pro-rated, so you will have to pay the full amount for the month regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month.
