Thank you - that clears it up for me. I wasn’t aware that data is still coming through Denali since you have some backend priority. And since the data was faulty I didn’t expect the data was coming from you. Now after reload everything works. Only question left is this: when I connect to my IB account and then back to rithmic, won’t this cause all of my charts to reload which takes quite some time? When I switched over to rithmic in the first place all my charts were reloaded (since they were reloaded with faulty data I assumed data is from rithmic). I’m just wondering if chart reload is a common thing when switching to a different account and how I could prevent that. |
