I did follow those instructions and as mentioned I was able to log in to the CQG admin tool w/ my credentials, so I know they are correct and updated in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings


I have checked w/ my broker (Tradovate) and they have confirmed that everything looks good on the CQG setup.
