These are the messages you are getting from CQG: CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect.
This is not our message, it comes from CQG. Therefore, they are stating that your Username or Password is incorrect. We recommend re-entering the information for the Username and Password on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. If that does not work, then you will need to talk to your broker to get the credentials, or reset them.
