Based on the futures.io link, settlement time was change to 4 pm from 4:15 pm sometime last year. So, RTH session should be 9:30 to 4 pm ET? To complicate things further, I own a lifetime license of NT8 and they modified their US Futures Index RTH session template to 9:30 - 5:00 pm ET. They have it before as 9:30-4:15 pm ET. I keep track of yesterdays RTH session high/low among other things, so now I'm not confident what RTH hours to use.
