Post From: DOM only displaying the number 1 for the volume

Hi I am currently on Service Pack 11 withe Denali feed. When l replay DOM l only get the number 1 appearing in the volume - see attachment labelled pic1.png. This is what l did. (a) I then loaded 300 days worth of data. See attachment pic2.png. Also on this screenshot l added the relevant futures symbol for the date l required. (b) l then ran a replay for a particular date which falls within the specified number of days (300), see pic3.png. I still get the same error message. Please advise
