Hi. I started having data lag issues after December 28, 2020 b/w my 10min and range charts especially for Micro ES & NQ. So changed my data feed from CQG to Denali. Still having the same issues which is messing up my buy/sell market entries and even trailing if stop loss. The lag is worse (3-6 seconds or more) when markets are fast/volatile. I’ve looked at your help support section but nothing is helping. Please advise as I’m paying $20 monthly for Denali datafeed which was supposed to have solved this issue. Appreciate response ASAP.
