We mentioned we would be providing information about an alternative way if you have a TD Ameritrade account to verify you have a funded trading account to meet CME group requirements to access market data at the nonprofessional exchange fees when using our new Denali Exchange Data Feed. We have a new facility available that it will be accessible through your Sierra Chart account control panel to upload a TD Ameritrade statement which we can use to confirm you have a trading account . You will need to do this once every two or three months. Update: We will be providing a link for the described facility here. And we will also ensure that if the process is not done by January 1 that if you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed we can authorize you for the real-time data for a few days to allow the process to be completed.
