The basic reason is you are encountering an error on the Ameritrade side that we do not have any control over. This is out of our control.


Also there is a difference between the ending of technical integration to Ameritrade which is caused by Ameritrade themselves and providing technical support from us.

And we have stated for years now on the TD Ameritrade page on the Sierra Chart the website that we may not provide support for TD Ameritrade issues. Effectively TD Ameritrade support has been discontinued for years. This has been made abundantly clear for years now.
