Is this a separate fee (other than the $0.10 order routing fee) in addition to the platform fee (service package), Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed fee and the actual Exchange fee? The only additional cost is the .10 per contract fee for order routing. And there is the cost for Sierra Chart, and there is the cost for the data feed.
