Yes but that is because we want to maintain compatibility with custom studies which are more predominantly 32-bit. And there is an option in Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 4 to use the 64-bit version for Transact users. But once we complete the work related to microsecond time stamping the version that Transact would use, would also be 64-bit.
