BTW, I posted just now a Support Request again and there is a clear difference between my three posts. Connecting the dots: Obviously, for the very reason I asked your help in posting the issue: my request has been re-classified by Sierra without comment as a User Discussion. Their Support Policy (a spiteful and worryingly angry read) talks about this, among other threats. Unfortunately I cannot "take off any tag" and indeed I have originally posted my requests as Support Board Requests, just as I said. So my point solely depends on my questions above to you. Can you help? |
