I attempted to connect SC to my live S5/Gain account and it would not connect. I went to the DTS settings and the server on my saved settings was blank. I selected the server, prod.gainfutures.com but it still did not connect. I also re-entered my password to make sure it was correct. The account number is correct. I get no error message, just the yellow bar of SC trying to connect. I tried both available servers and neither worked. The demo connects fine. Help please. Thanks |
