OK. I need a little more to go on. Why is this happening? We do not think there is a problem to begin with. The Study/Price Overlay study is very reliable and what you were doing with it was very simple and straightforward. We think you did not see the overlay because they were outside the range of visible prices or you were possibly confused by all of the other studies on the chart.In regards to the color settings, you need to understand there are two Graphics Settings windows. Refer to: Graphics Settings: Introduction I'm not sure what the issue is. Do i need to uninstall and reinstall? If so, How do i go about that without losing all my current chart set ups? I also tried to add a new study/price overlay to this new chart and it does not show at all. We can only help with simple configurations provided through a Chartbook. Anything else is outside the scope of our support. The previous Chartbook was very complex. We had to close a lot of charts and remove a lot of studies in order to focus on the particular issue. That is not normally within the scope of our support and is normally chargeable at 75 USD per hour. We can only help with at most two charts in a Chartbook with at most one study per chart. This is all. This is what you should do. Start with a new Chartbook, and 2 charts and only work with one study per chart. And you should not have any difficulty. You can gradually increase the complexity a little at a time and then you should be able to see yourself where the problem is once you encounter one.
