i just paid for the cme data...i am sure it will take them a day to get it reconnected...will i lose the money i pad for the cme data

If you are referring to what you paid to us, then no. The data is good for one month. You may lose a day (maybe two) depending on how long it takes for your broker to get the account re-opened, but once it is and once you make the connection, you will continue to get the real-time data again for the CME Group.

Keep in mind the exchange fees renew on a calendar month basis.

You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account. When you do so, your "Verified Until" date updates to 30 days in the future. You can view this "Verified Until" date at the following link:

For the CME data, as long as you have an active exchange, your "Verified Until" date is in the future, and your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", then you will be getting the real-time data from us (assuming you have the correct symbol, etc.).

Yes, you are still setup for the real-time data. But you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account, as that date is still showing as "2025-03-05".

We expected it to be so. It is not typical to set the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to be "No". We were just being complete in our response previously, mostly for others that may come across this thread.

You have everything set the way you need it. You just need to get that connection to your live account.

for some reason pc#2 just kind of reset sC...all my custom toolbars reset etc...I am now getting the following info on pc#2...but not pc#1...I am sorry to be a pain in the ass

The images you show in Post #84 show "Downloading Historical Data..." and "Historical Download Complete...". These have nothing to do with control bars.

If your Global Settings have all changed for no known reason, then you can try to recover them from a backup of the "Sierra4.config" file. Refer to the following:

With regards to the Message Log, if it keeps coming up, then there must be some important message in it. When it comes up, what is the most recent message in the log?

That Rithmic connection is for your TopStep account. What order routing service are you setup to use with your Edge Clear account?

I am so sorry for the confusion...I was not very detailed...I understand the images I uploaded are not a result of tool bars, i am trying understand what is causing these images...I am assuming it has to do with my connection for my order routing services. I have reached out to Edge Clear to find out whst rougitng service I am setup with ....I know that my account is housed at Philips Capital. Once I hear back from Edge Clear I will reach back out to you..

I truly appreciate your understanding and help with this..

"the request was just sent to Sierra Charts."

We do not know what "the request was just sent to Sierra Charts" means.

They need to tell you what order routing service you are setup to use with them. It will either be Teton, CQG, or Rithmic.

Please ask them for clarification.

hey john,

I understand that SC has a trade copier but from my understanding the copier wont work across topstep and an individual account unless the dtat vendor is the same...is this correct?
