You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account. When you do so, your "Verified Until" date updates to 30 days in the future. You can view this "Verified Until" date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the CME data, as long as you have an active exchange, your "Verified Until" date is in the future, and your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", then you will be getting the real-time data from us (assuming you have the correct symbol, etc.).
