Hi John,

I just tried to inoput my card for renewal and selected make payment but dotn think the payment was processed...i dont want to make a payment again before i verify that it is not going to be processed twice...

Can you please advise.

With regards to the prior post:

1. You need to be a bit careful with the Spreadsheet, it can get confusing.

First, for each Spreadsheet Study, you can specify a specific Spreadsheet name that you will use with that particular study. Therefore, if you want, you can use different spreadsheet file names for the different charts/studies. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Spreadsheet Name / DLL File and Function Name

Second, by default, the actual sheet that is referenced by a particular Spreadsheet Study on a particular chart is going to be the Chart number. So the sheet will the "Sheet" followed by the chart number - so Chart #2 would use the "Sheet2" sheet within a particular spreadsheet file. This allows you to organize the spreadsheet file by the chart numbers, which is typically enough.

The above can be changed with the controls for how to name the sheet. Refer to the following and the 2 items below it:

Also, there is a way to use a common formula sheet between different charts. If this is not something you are wanting to do specifically, then do not worry about this and keep the defaults for the "Formula Source Sheet" Inputs.

2. You have to turn off the display of the study subgraphs for the Spreadsheet. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Include in Spreadsheet

3. We are not sure what you are looking for here. We do offer the CBOE Indices as a data option. This may have what you are wanting. Refer to the following:

hey john why are the decimals wrong in products i have traded wrong in trade log....here is a copy of some sim trades i did...this doesnt happen in my top step account trade log...see attachment number 2...can you tell me how to fix this in the sim

I am not connected on one pc but am connecting on the other ...i paid the right amount the other day and everything was working until this morning when i walked in and on pc # 2 SC was shut down...I opened it and it is says not connected can you please advise...

If it is really "not connected" then select "File >> Connect to Data Feed". If that option is grayed out, then that means you are already connected.

If you are still having an issue then please get us an image of what you are seeing that is showing that you are "Not Connected".

my trade log is showing the decimal place in the wrong spot since...for example it has a buy in ES as 60300.00 rather than 6030.00 therefoe my pl is off how do i fix this

The rollover window will list the current contract for rollover until the Date Rule rollover has occurred. Right now, you are being prompted to rollover due to a Volume change (the newer contract has a higher traded volume than the current contract). Therefore, just select the next contract in the list (CLJ5.NYMEX).

In the portion of the log you included we see the symbol VIX_CGI, which is one symbol that Rithmic will not like. And you are not setup to get the data for the CBOE Indices, therefore you should not have that symbol at all as you will not get any data for it.
