unable to connect

I just setup exactly according to the instructions for new account by creating account on your site and downloading SC. SC opens fine but not able to connect to live trading. I'm set up for live trading with CQG and have input the login details given to me in the SC Global Settings-Data Trade Service Settings. Thanks for your help.
