Ich möchte über eine 2 SC Instanze die bereits auf dem gleichen PC ( zweite Festplatte ) wie Instanz 1 installiert ist Rithmic aktivieren.
Leider wird keine Verbindung hergestellt.

Are you trying to connect to the same Rithmic account from both instances? In general, Rithmic does not allow for this.

Otherwise, you should be able to go through the Setup Instructions to connect to Rithmic and you should be OK. Refer to the following:

Well, I have 1x the account AC115611 where the denalifeed is activated. I have tried to log in again via a second instance via AC115611 with Rithmic data feed (probably not possible :-( I would like to carry out paper trading via the Rithmic data and the analysis via the Denali (1 instance).

I hope this works somehow.

We are asking about the trading services you are connecting to in those instances, not your Sierra Chart accounts.

What "Current Selected Service" is the first system set to connect to? We understand the second one is set to connect to Rithmic.

Denali is the data and is not what we are looking for.

Please go to "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" and tell us what the entry for "Current Selected Service" is set to in both installations.

Thank you, now that we understand your setup we can properly answer the questions.

First, of all, we want to point out that you can get the Denali data to both installations without a problem. This should be your default situation, so we would expect you to be getting any data for the CME Group and EUREX to be coming from our Denali feed.

If you want the second installation to get the data for the CME Group from Rithmic, then you need to change the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart data Feeds" to "No". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect" to disconnect and then connect to the data feed, updating where the data comes from. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

Note that we do not support data for EUREX from any source other than our own data. Therefore, if you change the second installation to get data from Rithmic, then you will be able to get data for exchanges other than EUREX.

One thing we see is that you have some charts with incorrect symbols for Rithmic. Rithmic cannot handle symbols that they do not recognize, therefore you either need to change the symbols or remove them.

To start, you should have your chartbook open and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will update many of the symbols for what is needed for Rithmic (such as MESZ24-CME will change to MESZ4.CME). Note that in this particular case, Rithmic does not have data for old symbols, so you would actually need to remove this chart.

But, there are other symbols such as EURUSD for which Rithmic does not have any data, so you need to remove those charts.
