One thing we see is that you have some charts with incorrect symbols for Rithmic. Rithmic cannot handle symbols that they do not recognize, therefore you either need to change the symbols or remove them. To start, you should have your chartbook open and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will update many of the symbols for what is needed for Rithmic (such as MESZ24-CME will change to MESZ4.CME). Note that in this particular case, Rithmic does not have data for old symbols, so you would actually need to remove this chart. But, there are other symbols such as EURUSD for which Rithmic does not have any data, so you need to remove those charts.
