Thank you, now that we understand your setup we can properly answer the questions. First, of all, we want to point out that you can get the Denali data to both installations without a problem. This should be your default situation, so we would expect you to be getting any data for the CME Group and EUREX to be coming from our Denali feed. If you want the second installation to get the data for the CME Group from Rithmic, then you need to change the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart data Feeds" to "No". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect" to disconnect and then connect to the data feed, updating where the data comes from. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Note that we do not support data for EUREX from any source other than our own data. Therefore, if you change the second installation to get data from Rithmic, then you will be able to get data for exchanges other than EUREX. Let us know if you have further questions on this.
