Top of the morning to you, I am doing a trading combine with Topstep Trading & attached is what is required vs. what I see. With Sierra Chart version 2727 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2728 Therefore, you need to do one of the following: - downgrade to version 2726 and then use the Rithmic data. Follow the instructions at the following link: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure - Use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* As noted in the above section, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. First, you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are wanting data from us, then you will need to go through the instructions to setup the exchange and eventually activate and pay for it. You will need to redo the agreements as you previously had "TransAct" listed as the "Clearing Firm" and they no longer exist as TransAct. Good Morning John, Sierra has me listed as a professional. According to the rules I am considered a non-professional. This is a definitive mistake. I am not registered with any regulating body be it FINRA, NFA, or CFP. Can you please change my status back to non-professional as I would like to get back to trading today.
