Bonjour, I am encountering an issue with order management on Sierra Chart while using the Rithmic platform. During the execution of certain trades, I receive the following message: "An overfill update order call has occurred." I buy a contract using the 'Buy Bid' button, the price goes below my order without being executed. So I cancel all and flatten, and the order is eventually executed even though no order appears in my order book anymore, and need to flatten a second time to close that order... it's happen to me two times today... My current selected service list is Rithmic Direct- DTC, but I am paying for the Denali feed subscription for Eurex. Am I fully using Rithmic, or is it just the order routing? As long as the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", then you are getting your real-time data for the exchanges you have active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed from us. In this case, these are "EUREX EOBI" and "NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". If you are getting any other data, then that data is coming from Rithmic. Your order routing is always with Rithmic, assuming you are not changing your service around. As long as you are connected to Rithmic, then your order routing is with Rithmic. The issue you present sounds like a typical Rithmic non-responsive issue. But we really need a little more information on the specific message of "An overfill update order call has occurred". If this is a popup error, then we need to see an image of it. If it is in one of your logs, then we need the exact line from the log, and preferably a few lines above and below, as those could be associated with it. We can then give you more information on what to do about that message. We cannot help with this problem with Rithmic: "An overfill update order call has occurred."
This is outside the scope of our support . You can safely ignore it. It definitely does not cause a problem. Any other issues involving trading will be on the side of Rithmic.
