Bonjour,

I am encountering an issue with order management on Sierra Chart while using the Rithmic platform. During the execution of certain trades, I receive the following message:
"An overfill update order call has occurred."
I buy a contract using the 'Buy Bid' button, the price goes below my order without being executed. So I cancel all and flatten, and the order is eventually executed even though no order appears in my order book anymore, and need to flatten a second time to close that order... it's happen to me two times today...
My current selected service list is Rithmic Direct- DTC, but I am paying for the Denali feed subscription for Eurex. Am I fully using Rithmic, or is it just the order routing?
