We need more information. What exactly is occurring? Why do you state that the bars are printing late? How do you know it is by 10 seconds?

It's not exactly 10 seconds. It between 10-15 seconds. A few minutes ago, the 11:30 am EST bar printed at 11:30:14. Every 30 minute bar on my TPO chart has printed 10-15 seconds late. Thanks.

Which clock are you looking at to determine the time?

Our guess is that you are looking at your computer clock and that your computer is off by 10-15 seconds from the clock the exchanges use. In which case, the TPO block is not showing up when you expect as the data has not occurred for the next 30 minute period from the exchange yet.

In the Chart Header is the time that shows the time of the most recent bar in the chart. If the chart is scrolled to the end, then this will show the time of the current bar, from the exchange. If you can not see this Time, then modify the Chart Header by selecting "Global Settings >> Modify Chart Header - Standard" and then adding the Time item, or moving it up in the list. Refer to the following:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu)

Once you can view that, then look at that time versus when your blocks are being printed in the TPO. A new bar should show up when the next 30 minute interval occurs.

Also, it is easiest to see this in the TPO by having the blocks/letters displayed in their own column.

Hello, I use Clock - RealTime and it is synced with my Windows clock as well as timeanddate.com. All three of those have the correct time. Looking at the header on my TPO clock confirms that it's about 10 seconds slow.

Looking at the header on my TPO clock confirms that it's about 10 seconds slow.

Are you saving that in the Chart Header the time that is shown when the chart is scrolled all the way to the right, so the most current bar/TPO/whatever is displayed, is off by about 10 seconds from your computer clock?

Does the TPO block draw correctly relative to the time in the Chart Header?

- No, the time in the Chart Header that's shown when the chart is scrolled all the way to the right is correct. The bar itself prints about 10 seconds late.

Does the TPO block draw correctly relative to the time in the Chart Header?
- No, the bar is delayed

Thanks.
