Looking at the header on my TPO clock confirms that it's about 10 seconds slow.
Are you saving that in the Chart Header the time that is shown when the chart is scrolled all the way to the right, so the most current bar/TPO/whatever is displayed, is off by about 10 seconds from your computer clock? Does the TPO block draw correctly relative to the time in the Chart Header?
