Which clock are you looking at to determine the time? Our guess is that you are looking at your computer clock and that your computer is off by 10-15 seconds from the clock the exchanges use. In which case, the TPO block is not showing up when you expect as the data has not occurred for the next 30 minute period from the exchange yet. In the Chart Header is the time that shows the time of the most recent bar in the chart. If the chart is scrolled to the end, then this will show the time of the current bar, from the exchange. If you can not see this Time, then modify the Chart Header by selecting "Global Settings >> Modify Chart Header - Standard" and then adding the Time item, or moving it up in the list. Refer to the following: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu) Once you can view that, then look at that time versus when your blocks are being printed in the TPO. A new bar should show up when the next 30 minute interval occurs. Also, it is easiest to see this in the TPO by having the blocks/letters displayed in their own column.
