Dear Sir, I have tried to connect to no avail. I am paying for the service but I am not receiving any service! I get note on the screen: Connection error message from service Teton CME Order Routing Connection error: No trade accounts assigned. I have IronBeam. I want only to trade MNQ. I signed up for trading platform help service but not luck. Help! Jim |

The first thing to check is that Ironbeam has completed your setup for the Teton Order Routing Service. If they have not completed this, then you need to wait for them to finish. If they state that their part is done, then make sure that you have the correct "Clearing Firm" selected on your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" (this should be "IronBeam" in your case). If you have the correct Clearing Firm, and Ironbeam states that they are done, then double check with Ironbeam that they have the correct Account Name. This is the name you enter on the login screen for Sierra Chart. You can also find it by selecting "Help >> About" and looking at the entry on the right from "Account Name / Username".
