Dear Sir,
I have tried to connect to no avail. I am paying for the service but I am not receiving any service!
I get note on the screen:
Connection error message from service Teton CME Order Routing
Connection error: No trade accounts assigned.

I have IronBeam.

I want only to trade MNQ. I signed up for trading platform help service but not luck.

Help!
