Chart and Trade DOM errors via OEC

I'm seeing this at every attempt to cancel an order made on the Chart or Trade DOM: Trade Order Error: Unable to Flatten or Reverse because a position does not exist for the symbol: NQU4. Working orders for symbol are being canceled. | 2014-09-02 21:35:26 * OEC is not seeing the order as it does not show up on S5Trader (rebadged OEC Trader) I am able to remove the order from the chart using Trade => Refresh trade data from service This began today using 1183. I updated to 1184 and the result is the same. (order entries submitted using S5Trader continue to work as expected) |

We are not able to test this now because we do not have access to the OEC system. We have contacted OEC about this. However, when you want to cancel an order do not use Flatten. Normally, I cancel orders on the Chart DOM (the X) or the Trade DOM (same X).

We need to understand this better. Provide us the order activity lines from the Trade Activity Log for one of the orders you are having a problem with. Here are the instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#TradeActivityLogToSupport The error message in your first message, indicates you are using Flatten. We apologize for this. We see what the problem is. We inadvertently released support for server-side OCO and bracket orders before these were fully tested. What you need to do is select Global Settings >> General Trade Settings. Uncheck Use Server-Side OCO and Bracket Orders. This will solve the problem.
