I'm seeing this at every attempt to cancel an order made on the Chart or Trade DOM:

Trade Order Error: Unable to Flatten or Reverse because a position does not exist for the symbol: NQU4. Working orders for symbol are being canceled. | 2014-09-02 21:35:26 *

OEC is not seeing the order as it does not show up on S5Trader (rebadged OEC Trader)

I am able to remove the order from the chart using Trade => Refresh trade data from service

This began today using 1183. I updated to 1184 and the result is the same.

(order entries submitted using S5Trader continue to work as expected)
