Hello, I am having trouble with Rithmic data. SC not loading historical or even anything before I started SC. I thought there was an option where I get all my data from SC and only trade with Rithmic and that used to be the right solution, but I can't find this. I had an earlier support request that expired and highlighted the issues of skipping data. I have sent the msg log.

I just want to make sure of one thing: isn't/wasn't it the case that SC can have a connection to the SC data and use this to populate the chart while using another connection for trading? I remember this was the case a couple of years back, at least when I use IB (didn't use or trade for a while now)

Yes, this is correct. You can get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed while trading with your selected trading service. But, if there is a problem with the connection to the trading service, then you will not get the data. If you are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and you are having a problem with the connectivity to your trading service, then you would need to change your Current Selected Service to "SC Data - All Services" in order to get the data without being connected to your trading service. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok, First, I want to ensure I have his setting regardless of what's going on with Rithmic now. Can you advise How I can get this setting for data from SC while trading with another service (is it the one in post 3 - Notice: Internet Connectivity Issues for Some Users Affecting Rithmic/Denali Data) Second, I have SC data enabled now, but it's delayed. How can I ensure it's real-time data? |

If you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will get the data from us no matter what trading service you are connected to. There are a couple of caveats to the above, in particular the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". If this is set to "No", then you will not get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But in general, there are only a few outlying reasons for why this should be set to "No", so it should be set to "Yes" in general. And the reason you are specifically affected right now is that your "Verified Until" date has passed and you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently. Therefore, you are not able to get the real-time data for the CME Group at this time. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
