I just want to make sure of one thing: isn't/wasn't it the case that SC can have a connection to the SC data and use this to populate the chart while using another connection for trading? Yes, this is correct. You can get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed while trading with your selected trading service. But, if there is a problem with the connection to the trading service, then you will not get the data. If you are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and you are having a problem with the connectivity to your trading service, then you would need to change your Current Selected Service to "SC Data - All Services" in order to get the data without being connected to your trading service.
