I have depth of market level 12 and Market By Order (MBO) set up on ES with the full depth of market showing. CBOT/CME/NYMEX/ COMEX with Denali exchange is functional but can not get NQ on CME to show MBO even going through the steps several times to engage it as per the instructions. MBO instructions were followed at the below link Market By Order Data |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us (including ES). If you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data - All Services" then you would get our Delayed Streaming Data, which would have the MBO data for all of the major traded instruments from the CME Group. If your "Current Selected Service" is set to a trading service (such as Rithmic), then you would be getting your data from them, and we do not support MBO data from other sources. If this is the case, then we really do not understand how you would have the ES showing MBO data. If you can give us a screenshot of this we would like to see what you are seeing - follow these instructions to get us an image: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I did not renew my data services this month at the time of the post however, the service was part of my paid package for several months but my data provider is rhithmic and I was getting the MBO data after subscribing to the Denali feed where I was only trading ES. The feed being received by rhythmic was only level 1 on purpose as it was viewed by me SierraChart level 2 data would be more stable. However the MBO on my DOM was being shown as configured as if I was receiving data through the Denali data feed. Recently I decided to give NQ a go and noticed there was not a MBO Market Order Column feed on the NQ dom as the chart setup was the same for ES and NQ. Your reply has explained a great many inconsistencies concerning the rithmic data feed being experienced. After switching to my other broker the Bid and Ask Market Order Column data showed on NQ although the VBP column attached to the DOM no longer showed data for NQ until I typed this sentence and went back to check so it seems my feed was spoofed as the full story is beyond the scope of this post. I will take it up with my broker and data provider. Thank you.
