I have depth of market level 12 and Market By Order (MBO) set up on ES with the full depth of market showing. CBOT/CME/NYMEX/ COMEX with Denali exchange is functional but can not get NQ on CME to show MBO even going through the steps several times to engage it as per the instructions.
