You are not setup to get any real-time data from us (including ES). If you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data - All Services" then you would get our Delayed Streaming Data, which would have the MBO data for all of the major traded instruments from the CME Group. If your "Current Selected Service" is set to a trading service (such as Rithmic), then you would be getting your data from them, and we do not support MBO data from other sources. If this is the case, then we really do not understand how you would have the ES showing MBO data.
