Today I started seeing a consistent 3 - 4 second data delay on all of my charts. I am seeing this in the chart header and confirm the data is behind with other sources.

I've been using the same set of chartbooks with /ES and SPY (ESM24-CME & SPY-NQTV) for months and never had any data delay issues.

To verify it wasn't something inefficient with my charts, I closed all my chartbooks, Created a new Chartbook and opened a clean candlestick Chart for ESM24-CME with no studies and I still got the same steady 3 second data delay.
Changing the chart update interval didn't have any effect adjusting to 1 to 2 seconds.

I went through the performance issues page and tried troubleshooting, also excluding it from my anti virus and disabling anti-virus, both had no effect.

I also started loading other symbols in my empty chart and chartbook and every symbol I loaded (spy-nqtv, cost-nqtv, aapl-nqtv) all had the same consistent 3 - 4 second data delay.

I've been using Sierra Chart for a few years now on the same high perfomance computer and never had any issues like this.
Also tried updating to latest version and no effect.

A 3 second delay is going to mean that your computer clock is off by 3 seconds from the time that the exchange uses. It is nothing to be concerned about.

But, if you want to have the same time, then follow the instructions at the following link:
Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu)

You can also setup an NTP service with us to prevent further discontinuities. Refer to the following:
Network Time Protocol Client
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

That was the issue. Syncing the clocked fixed it. Thanks.
