A 3 second delay is going to mean that your computer clock is off by 3 seconds from the time that the exchange uses. It is nothing to be concerned about. But, if you want to have the same time, then follow the instructions at the following link: Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu) You can also setup an NTP service with us to prevent further discontinuities.
