Hi there, This seems very simple in terms of enabling however I went through the documentation regarding Draw DOM Graph on Chart Display, after enabling Market Depth for CME. Attachments show settings. Not sure why it wouldn't be displaying still. I'm getting Top of Book only when I should be having 30 levels display at this point. Checked Chart Settings > Market Depth and Global Settings > Sierra Chart Server Settings. Rithmic is my data provider but shouldn't matter as I'm using the data packages available through Sierra Chart. What am I missing? |

Some more information: I have a separate install of SC (C:\SierraChart2). If I try to enable DOM Graph settings on C:\SierraChart, it works. If I try to enable DOM Graph settings on C:\SierraChart2, it doesn't. I notice the main installation of SC has [M] symbol on charts. Is this something about a master instance and could this be the issue? Perhaps I could wipe and try a fresh install at C:\SierraChart2 I would assume with two installations, all charts should feature an [M] (if I understand this correctly), and that the DOM Graph on Chart should just... work. |

Please get us the Message Log from the instance that is having an issue by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Symbol: GCQ4.COMEX Prior to generating this log, I had got it working by creating a fresh new install of latest version to C:\SierraChart2, tried opening the symbol as well as some others and everything worked great. Thinking I had it solved I pulled over /Data from my backup to save time downloading. Restarted the platform & same issue. I wondered if the data had something to do with it, so I removed *.scid and *.dly, restarted and same (only top of book appearing as DOM Graph for Chart). I then generated this log. It's clear that when [M] appended to symbol is missing, DOM Graph on Chart does not display, but what is causing that. Perhaps the solution is to redo the entire install again, only bring in my chartbooks and let the platform build the necessary files (in /Data). Thanks, Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-05 01:08:02

Do not reinstall or remove anything. The issue is the following from your log: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.
Since this is disabled, you are getting the data from Rithmic in that instance. This aligns with the note that you say that when you see the [M] it is working and when you do not see the [M] it is not, as that [M] indicates that you are getting the data from us. If you want to get the data from us in that instance, then select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings" and set the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". After you select OK to close that window, then select "File >> Reconnect". After this, you will be getting the data from us.
