Do not reinstall or remove anything. The issue is the following from your log: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.
Since this is disabled, you are getting the data from Rithmic in that instance. This aligns with the note that you say that when you see the [M] it is working and when you do not see the [M] it is not, as that [M] indicates that you are getting the data from us. If you want to get the data from us in that instance, then select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings" and set the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". After you select OK to close that window, then select "File >> Reconnect". After this, you will be getting the data from us.
