Symbol: GCQ4.COMEX Prior to generating this log, I had got it working by creating a fresh new install of latest version to C:\SierraChart2, tried opening the symbol as well as some others and everything worked great. Thinking I had it solved I pulled over /Data from my backup to save time downloading. Restarted the platform & same issue. I wondered if the data had something to do with it, so I removed *.scid and *.dly, restarted and same (only top of book appearing as DOM Graph for Chart). I then generated this log. It's clear that when [M] appended to symbol is missing, DOM Graph on Chart does not display, but what is causing that. Perhaps the solution is to redo the entire install again, only bring in my chartbooks and let the platform build the necessary files (in /Data). Thanks, Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-05 01:08:02
