The current day only loads from the time I opened Sierra Chart

Hi,

I have a Trading Account with APEX. The Datafeed is Rithmic.


In the 6E everything works fine but in the other Symbols, ES/GC/CL the current day only loads from the time I opened Sierra Chart.
And also the previous Day´s doesnt load, it only shows the Charts from the time I opened Sierra Chart.

Even if I open the ES/GC/CL in the same Instance and same Chartbook from the 6E, it doesn´t work.
I also tried "Translate Symbols to current Service" and "Delete All Data and download"

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

The problem is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in over one month. As such, your "Verified Until" date has passed, so you are not getting the data for the CME Group from us, but rather you are getting it from Rithmic. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2024-03-06", so this expired yesterday.

If you do not remember how to connect to your live account, then please let us know what trading service you are using and we can point you to the proper instructions.

I closed the Account in the last month and now want to trade with an APEX Account.
I am connected to that account/datafeed (Level 1 Data)

Prop firm accounts do not count towards the requirement the CME Group has to be a non-professional. Refer to the information here:

If you do not have another account that will work towards the CME Group requirement, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

Otherwise, you will not be able to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In this case, be sure you "deactivate" the exchange so you are not continued to be billed for this.

Also, we can not help with the data issues you are having with Rithmic. This is a general Rithmic issue with their historical data. Refer to the following:
