The problem is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in over one month. As such, your "Verified Until" date has passed, so you are not getting the data for the CME Group from us, but rather you are getting it from Rithmic. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2024-03-06", so this expired yesterday.

If you do not remember how to connect to your live account, then please let us know what trading service you are using and we can point you to the proper instructions.
