Prop firm accounts do not count towards the requirement the CME Group has to be a non-professional. In this case, be sure you "deactivate" the exchange so you are not continued to be billed for this. Also, we can not help with the data issues you are having with Rithmic. This is a general Rithmic issue with their historical data.
