Hello, I am trying to load my chartbook to my Sierra Charts and I can not get the data to reflect. Is there a method to loading chartbook data? I went to File > Open Chartbook > Yet the file does not show my custom data. Please help! |

What do you mean by "...my custom data"? If this is a chartbook you received from someone, or you downloaded it from someone, then most likely the issue is that you need to change the symbols, as all services use different symbols, so the person you got this Chartbook from was probably setup for a different service. To update your symbols, make sure the chartbook is open and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". My chart book is tailored to show charts in a specific way. Maybe less data and more of my chart style.

Did you get this chartbook from someone? or is this one of your own chartbooks that is not opening properly? If it is your own chartbook, and something is wrong with how everything is setup, then you can go to one of the backups that we make in order to recover the chartbook in the previous state. We do not know why things would have changed on you.
