Did you get this chartbook from someone? or is this one of your own chartbooks that is not opening properly? If it is your own chartbook, and something is wrong with how everything is setup, then you can go to one of the backups that we make in order to recover the chartbook in the previous state. We do not know why things would have changed on you.
