What do you mean by "...my custom data"? If this is a chartbook you received from someone, or you downloaded it from someone, then most likely the issue is that you need to change the symbols, as all services use different symbols, so the person you got this Chartbook from was probably setup for a different service. To update your symbols, make sure the chartbook is open and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
