HI, I AM STARTING A NEW JOB AND THEREFORE WON'T BE ABLE TO TRADE FOR A WHILE AS A PART OF ADAPTATION. IS THERE A WAY TO "FREEZE" THE SERVICE FROM RUNNING, FOR SAY, TWO WEEKS OR A MONTH SO I COULD RESTART THE SERVICE WHEN I AM BACK ON TRADING? TNX RON |

We do not have a way to "Pause" a subscription, but we can refund any Usage Time that you have that is in 1 month (31 day) increments. So for your account, since you have 59 days remaining, we can refund 1 month (31 days) back to your Services Surplus. Your account would then have 28 days of time remaining. You can then put your account to not renew, and then when this time runs out your account will be put in an "expired" state. When you get back, you would just need to add funds, select a package, and activate any exchanges (if necessary) and you would be right where you left off. Let us know how you would like for us to proceed. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We have taken care of refunding the available Usage Time back to your Services Surplus. If you would like the funds in your Services Surplus refunded to your payment method, then let us know. Just keep in mind there is a $5.00 processing fee for these refunds. You can also ask us to do the refund at any time. Just open an Account Support ticket making the request. You can access the Account Support Tickets at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
